Q: How do I remove an appraiser or other Vendor from my panel?

A: There are two methods for removing a Vendor from your panel:

1. Click Vendors in the menu bar at the top of every Collateral360 page.

2. Click the appropriate tab for the Service the Vendor provides (appraiser, environmental, etc.)

3. Click the pencil icon in the column on the left for the Vendor you wish to remove to open the Vendor’s profile for editing.

4. Click the red Remove Vendor from Panel button in the upper right corner of the page.

5. A popup appears. Enter a comment about why the Vendor is being removed, then click Remove Vendor to confirm.

Removed Vendors are not available to be sent RFPs or complete any work for your organization. Removed Vendors can be viewed – and restored – from the Removed From Panel tab on the Vendors page.
