How do I remove a user that is no longer with the bank?

To delete a user that is no longer with the bank, follow these steps:

1. Click Settings in the top navigation bar, then click Company Accounts in the drop-down menu.

2. In the search box, type the name of the user to be deleted.

3. Click Delete User.

4. A message states the following: “You are about to delete the xxxxx user from Collateral360. This action cannot be undone. Do you want to Continue?” Click Yes, continue to confirm the deletion.
