How do I get more detail on a map finding?

You can obtain the full database record for each site listed in the Pre-Screen by ordering the Environmental Risk Rating (ERR). The Environmental Risk Rating provides more detail on a map finding, including the following:  

• Provides instant elevated or low risk rating on Property.

• Accurate rating based on computer algorithm developed by LightBox and a panel of environmental professionals.

• Assigns risk rating to each database record.

• Indicates distance to target Property for each record.

• Provides full detail of each database record.
