How do I delete a Property?

Users with the appropriate permissions, typically Lender Executives and Content Administrators, can delete a Property. Follow these five steps to delete a Property:

1. Navigate to the Dashboard.

2. Select the checkbox to the left of the site address to be deleted.

3. Click the Actions button.

4. Select Delete Selected Locations.

5. This will delete the selected locations. Are you sure you want to delete them? – Click OK to confirm the deletion.

Users with the appropriate permissions, typically Lender Executives and Content Administrators, can delete a Property from a Portfolio. Follow these five steps to delete a Property from a Portfolio:

1. Navigate to a Portfolio Project.

2. Click the Property Actions dropdown menu, then click Delete Properties.

3. The Delete Properties modal will open.

4. Click Select Some Properties to select individual Properties for deletion. Check the boxes next to the Properties you wish to delete, then click Delete Properties in the bottom right corner of the modal.

5. Click Click Yes, Delete Properties to delete the selected Properties. Note: If you have selected Properties with active RFPs those Properties will NOT be deleted. A
