How do I clone a request?
To clone a request, follow these steps:
Navigate to the previously existing Project.
Select the gear icon and choose Clone Details to Create New Service Request.
Existing request information populates into the new Service Request Form (SRF), which may include:
Request Info
Transaction Info
Collateral Info
Selecting Services
Uploading Documents
Ensure all required fields (marked with red outlines or asterisks) are completed.
Click Create Service Request or Finish at the bottom of the form.
If all required fields are filled out, the request will be created. If any required fields are missing, they'll be highlighted in red for you to complete.
