    How do I change a user's access level?

    To change a user’s access level, follow these steps":  

    1. Click Settings in the top navigation bar, then click Company Accounts in the drop-down menu.

    2. In the Search box, type the username to be edited.

    3. Select the Edit User button.

    4. Click the Role dropdown and select the appropriate user role.

    5. Check Apply Role to all existing Loan files?

    6. Click Save Changes.
