Question: How do I cancel my LoanCheck Plus or RSRA order?

Answer: Take the following steps to cancel a LoanCheck Plus or RSRA order.

1. Click the Lightbox Support Agent button below. Once cancelled by an agent, take the following steps to update the status in Collateral360.

2. Navigate to the Collateral Overview tab in Collateral360.

3. Find the Service you want to cancel and click on the Actions dropdown menu.

4. Click Change Status.

5. From the Status dropdown, click Cancelled.

6. Click Save Changes.
