How do I cancel a Service?
If you wish to cancel a LoanCheck Plus or RSRA, please contact Lightbox Support Agent. To cancel other Services, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Report Status tab.
Click Actions for the Service you want to cancel.
Select Cancel Service from the dropdown menu.
Choose a reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu.
Optionally, add comments (required if you select "Other" as the reason).
Click Yes, Cancel to confirm the cancellation. This will cancel with the Vendor.
Next, navigate to the Collateral Overview page and click the Actions button for the Service.
Click Change Status in the dropdown menu.
Select Cancelled in the Status dropdown menu, ten click Save Changes. This will cancel the Service internally, in Collateral360.
After cancellation, the Service status will change to Request Canceled in the Task Pipeline. If there is a fee for work done, communicate with the Vendor and validate any invoices before canceling.
