How can I order a ServiceLink Flood report through C360?

To order a ServiceLink National Flood Determination:

1. Navigate to the loan file.

2. Click on the Flood tab.

3. Click the Create Order button to order a ServiceLink National Flood determination for a residential or commercial property.

4. The Contact Name, Phone, Email, ServiceLink Customer Number, Loan Number, Borrower Name, Property Address, City State and Zip Code auto-populate from data entered in the SRF.

5. Complete optional Branch Code and select to include Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) information.

6. Include optional Legal Description and Comments.

7. Click the Save and Order button.
