This documentation describes how to access and modify the Fee Summary settings.

Lender Executives and Content Administrators.
Overview
The Fee Summary tool allows you to define what information is displayed on the Fee Summary email and how the Task Pipeline Fee column is calculated.
The Fee Summary email can be generated when at least one bid has been submitted on an RFP. To generate the email, navigate to the Report Status page for the Loan File containing the RFP, click Actions, then click View RFP Details.
Scroll down to the Bid Summary section and click Email bid summary.
The Email Bid Summary screen will load.
The fields displayed in the highlighted section can be modified in the Fee Summary settings. To access the Fee Summary settings page, click on Settings, then click Platform Settings.
On the Platform Settings page, click Fee Summary in the left menu.
The Fee Summary page will open. There are two tabs at the top of the page:
A. Fee Summary Email Column Settings: Control the appearance of the Fee Summary email.
B. Task Pipeline Settings: Control how the Fees column on the Task Pipeline is calculated.
Fee Summary Email Column Settings
The Fee Summary Email Column Settings contains three columns of settings for each Column Name.
A. Visible?: A drop-down menu that allows you to select one of three options:
Always shown: The Column Name will always appear in the Fee Summary email. Example: In the image above, Bid Amount is set to Always shown.
User decides: The Column Name will appear in the Fee Summary email, where the user decides on a case-by-case basis whether to include Column. Example: In the image above, Internal Fee is set to User decides. Note: Refer to User Decides Example to see how this appears.
Never shown: When a Column Name is set to Never shown it will not appear in the Fee Summary email. Example: In the image above, Total Fee is set to Never shown.
B. Displayed by default: When a Column Name is set to User decides in the “Visible?” menu it can be checked/unchecked here. When Displayed by default is checked, the Column Name will be included in the Fee Summary email by default, but the user who sends the Fee Summary email can elect not to include that Column Name. When Displayed by default is unchecked, the Column Name will not be included in the Fee Summary by default, but the user who sends the Fee Summary email can elect to include it.
C. Include in Total Fee Calculation: Column Names, regardless of their setting in the “Visible?” menu, can be included/excluded from the Total Fee calculation that appears on the Fee Summary email. Check the box to include the Column Name in the Total Fee calculation.
Click Save Changes in the bottom right-hand corner of the page to finalize.
Task Pipeline Settings
The Task Pipeline includes a Fee column. This column displays the total fees for each Service as defined in the Task Pipeline Settings.
To define what fees appear in the Fee column, navigate to the Fee Summary page and click on the Task Pipeline Settings tab.
The page is divided into Internal Services and External Services. To remove a fee from the calculation, uncheck that fee’s checkbox in the Included? column. Example: In the image above, Handling Fee is unchecked and therefore will not be included in the calculation for External Services.
Click Save Changes in the bottom right-hand corner of the page to finalize.
