1. How do I access Advanced Reports?
To access Advanced Reports in Collateral360, follow these steps:
Click on Reports in the upper navigation bar.
Select Advanced Reports from the drop-down menu.
The Advanced Reports page will open, where you can create, manage, and run reports.
2. How do I create a report in Advanced Reports?
Click the plus/add icon in the upper left-hand corner of the Advanced Reports page.
Alternatively, click Create a New Report on the home page to open the ExpressView report designer.
Choose a report type:
ExpressView: Quick drag-and-drop reports.
Advanced Report: Customizable reports with charts and visualizations.
Dashboard: Interactive dashboards.
CrossTab Report: Pivot tables for summarizing data.
Chained Report: Combines multiple reports.
3. How can I create a report that tracks when a Vendor is added or removed?
To track Vendor additions and removals, follow these steps:
Create a New Report
Click the plus/add icon or Create a New Report to open ExpressView or Advanced Report.
Select the Data Fields. Expand the Vendor category to include relevant fields such as:
Vendor Name
Date Added
Date Removed
Assigned Panel
Status (Active/Inactive)
Apply Filters
Click on Filters to define conditions:
To track new vendors, filter by Date Added within a specific timeframe.
To track removed vendors, filter by Date Removed.
Sort & Organize
Use the Sort by Column feature to arrange data by Date Added or Date Removed for chronological tracking.
Save & Export
Click Save Report Info, enter a report name, and choose a folder (Shared for company-wide access or My Reports for personal use).
Export the report in Excel, PDF, CSV, or RTF format if needed.
4. Can I schedule this report to run automatically?
Yes, you can schedule reports to run at specific times and send results via email:
Open the Report Scheduling Tool
Click the clock icon in the menu.
Select Schedule Report.
Set Recurrence & Filters
Define a schedule name and (optional) password.
Choose an export file type (Excel, PDF, CSV).
Set a recurrence schedule (daily, weekly, or custom).
Apply filters for Vendor Additions/Removals.
Set Recipients (if enabled)
Add email addresses for automated report delivery or save reports in the Scheduled Report Warehouse.
