This page describes how to complete the Transaction Information tab of the Service Request. 

Details:

1. Enter required information in red-outlined fields of Transaction tab.

2. Select Yes or No for SBA Involvement and enter required information.

3. Select Yes or No for Participation/Syndication Loan and Administrative Agent.

4. Click Move to Collatera.
