Purpose
This documentation describes how to use the Collateral360 Calendar feature.
Audience
Account Officers, Lender Users, Job Managers, Lender Managers, Content Administrators, and Lender Executives.
Calendar Overview
The Collateral360 Calendar provides information about significant events, such as bids coming due or a report being uploaded.
The Calendar can be accessed from any page on the Collateral360 site. Click on the calendar icon in the upper right corner of the page.
The Calendar page opens.
A. Calendar and Calendar Events
The Calendar displays any events that meet the search and filter settings. Typically, at least one filter will be applied to the Calendar by default.
Calendar events are color-coded by event type. For more information about the color coding, refer to D. Legend.
Click on an event to open it.
The pop-up lists information about the piece of collateral and the associated loan.
A. The subject line describes the purpose of the event. In the example above, bids are due for a Commercial Appraisal Report on the specified piece of collateral.
B. Click VIEW ALL BIDS to open the View Bids modal, which lists information about any bids received, as well as collateral information and scope of services information.
C. Click GO TO LOAN FILE to open the Collateral Overview page of the Loan File.
D. Click DONE to close the calendar event.
If a date has too many entries to display them all, a small link will appear in the bottom left corner of the date box. Click the link to view the full list of events for that date.
B. Date and Time Period Controls
The date and time period controls specify what date range is currently displayed.
Click the left and right arrows to move backward and forward one month in time.
Click on the button in the center to expose a drop-down menu. Click on a month to jump to that month.
Click the left and right arrows to move backward or forward a year.
Click the TODAY button to return the calendar to the present month.
The MONTH/WEEK/DAY buttons on the right control whether the calendar displays a month, week, or one day at a time. MONTH is the default. |
C. Search Bar and Filters
The search bar and filters allow the user to limit the events displayed on the Calendar.
A. Search Bar
Enter a search phrase and press enter on your keyboard to filter the currently-selected time period (month, week, or day) by that search phrase. Events, locations, Services, users, and Statuses are valid search criteria. Example: The Calendar image below does not have a search phrase entered or any filters applied.
When the search phrase “Accepted” is entered, only Events with a Status of “Accepted” appear.
Delete the search phrase and press enter on your keyboard to clear the search filter.
B. Active Filters
Filters appear in the upper left corner of the page. Multiple filters can be applied at once—only Events that meet all filter criteria appear in the Calendar.
To remove a filter, click the blue X in the filter box.
C. Filter Menus
To add one or more filter criteria, click on one of the six filter categories: Statuses, Cabinets, Requesters, Assignees, Service Types, and Event Types. A drop-down menu will appear. Scroll through the menu and select the desired item.
You may also enter a phrase in the text field at the top of the menu to filter the menu by that phrase, making it easier to find one or more entries.
The selected filter(s) appear in the upper left corner of the page, indicating they are active.
Note: Filters are color coded. In the example below, two Trainer Executive filters are active. The Trainer Executive filter item with a blue dot corresponds with the Requesters filter. The Trainer Executive filter with the green dot corresponds with the Assignees filter.
D. Legend
Click the Legend button to expose a legend that explains the Event color coding.
